Need help of a French speaker with some "terms and conditions" of internet service.

I have tried google translator, but I rather have someone double check this for me.

I just moved to France and got an internet plan. The conditions of said plan are found at this link.
http://www.estvideo.com/abo/conditions.php?view=tripleplay

The interesting bit is this
Pack volume échangé : 20 Go inclus.

So does this mean I have a 20gB download limit and pay 10 euro for each additional 10gB? What is that bit about "Upload jusqu'a 1 Mega."

And here i think is a more conceice version: http://www.estvideo.com/abo/net/options.php
Again "Upload a 1 Mega." What the hell is a mega? A megabyte? What is that supposed to mean, the speed, or the amount I can upload.

From what I can in the above link is that i would pay 30euro for 40gB (20 flat rate+10extra) which isnt that terrible, but what about extra above that.

I appreciate your help. Things are hectic right now as we just moved and I am learning to come to terms with French. If you are in France, which internet service to you use? I am not really used to these traffic limits.

The way I see it, you got 20gb monthly bandwidth (combined up and down) and will be charged 10 euros for every 10gb over that.
And the 1 mega thing would mean you got a 1 Mbps speed for upload.

Of course, don't quote me on that. I'm french and yet I have a hard time understanding this page. It reads like it's been written by a computer illiterate drunken retard.

And I'm not from France, though, I'm from Québec, so I can't help on what ISP to get.

UPDATE: Asked a friend from France, and he had this to say:
We have 2 providers at home, for some reason: Noos and Free.

Note that they'll usually force "packs" down your throat, ie: television + phone + Internet. Rarely the net alone.

    Noos/Numericable (cable) : Internet alone = €19.99/month (packs available)
    http://www.free.fr/adsl/ : Pack = €29.99/month

No ISP is blameless, but these 2 are among the least bad.
Stay away from Alice, they're swindlers.

If you need help translating something in these pages, fire me a PM, I'll be happy to help.
