This job would take me from 35k a year from a job that I really hate to a job making 52k a year that I would really enjoy. Needless to say I am freaking out to say the least, I have been running over my old N+ stuff, recommitting things to memory to best ability, but I need some help. Since there are so many people here in the IT field I was wondering what kind of questions do you think I will be asked?
What would you ask, if you were in the hiring chair?
What should I focus my studies on to help my chances? (Just to clairify, yes this job is a tad over my skill set, but most of this stuff I do know, but explaining it without a computer in front of me will be tough. I would not be stupid enough to apply for a job that way beyond what I currently know.)
Since this is an "inhouse interview (same company, different position)" how should I dress (suit and tie, polo shirt and slacks)?
How can I settle myself down so that I am not to nervous to talk (breathing techniques, etc)?
How can I improve my chances overall?

TL;DR I am being interviewed. How can get this one to end in sucess?

All the usual job stuff applies, like shower, suit etc.

Is this a technical interview by a department head, or an interview by a HR person? Strategies differ between the two.

Also be prepared to correlate what experience you have with what they need. Make sure you can back up what you say you know, and be prepared to answer questions on it.

Be keen, have a few questions for the interviewer about the department.
