Question about the SSBM Tourney

Do you need a team partner when you sign up, or are you assigned a partner? because my brother doesnt want to play, as he wants to attend the Keynote and such.

Is there info somewhere around here about handheld tourneys? Haven't seen anything definitive about them.

The handheld tourneys include Tetris DS, Mariokart, Lumines and Metroid Pinball. They are being held in the wireless lounge and are on the official schedule.

Signups, like all other tourneys, are being held day-of, with the requirement of you bringing your own system.
