    I'd be the worst ruler. I'd have a special phone that I'd keep on me at all times, and anything I drunkenly shouted into it would be automatically written into law and forwarded to my omnipresent, shadowy secret police force. And I wouldn't have a list of currently enforced laws myself, so half the fun would be figuring out why the proud people of Jedocstan are running around wearing galoshes in July and burning every orange object in the country.
