Monitor Scrolling

So I picked up the monitor mentioned in my other thread. Gorgeous. However, when hooked up to my PC, it seems to think the default resolution is larger than the screen allows and is doing that weird monitor scrolling thing you see on laptops sometimes.

The Monitor supports 1920x1200 Resolution. I have the video card set to put out that resolution, but it seems to be producing a image larger than the monitor wants. I installed new drivers, and looked up my video card (GeForce FX5500) and it seems like this should all be well in hand.

Any ideas?

I should note that it does this when set to the old resolution as well (1680x1050), just less so.

Have you dicked around with the buttons on the monitor itself? There should be size settings to shrink the image as needed without changing the resolution.

Edit: Your 2nd post confirms my idea.

There is an option called Video Scaling that regrettably does not solve the problem on any setting.

Haven't found anything else that seems to fit the bill.
