...Superheroes! Because seriously, nothing is cooler than a superhero. I've been reading Watchmen which has very quickly (in the space of 2-3 chapters) become my favorite book/comic/novel/thing ever. I wouldn't change a single thing about it. I'm really stoked for the movie, and I've read that it's supposed to be very faithful, so here's to hoping.

So discuss superheroes/heroes and comic books and comic book movies and whatever.

    I am against the watchmen movie

    just as I was against the speed racer movie

    Speed Racer sucks anyway.

    Watchmen has potential, but I still think it will be a let down. I don't trust that Zac Snyder dude.

    The best hero is Batman. No doubt.

    Batman is pretty badass, and The Dark Knight will probably be the best comic book movie ever made

    Cause don't get me wrong, I think it's brilliant, I just also think it's hard as hell to read.

    I was pretty bummed when Captain America died. Like, why does he have to die when Batman keeps on being in movies? They will never be able to top Danny DeVito as Penguin Incarnate

    The Incredible Hulk movie really surprised me, I liked it enough to see it twice

    That wouldn't be very satisfying. Since the whole thing is pretty much a build up to the sucker punch at the end.

    Season 2 sucked all kinds of ass though. I wish it didnt, but it did.

    Peter needs to be in the show simply because they fucked up and made Sylar way too powerfull.

    I think the character of Sylar is really excellent, but they fucked up when they gave him powers as he is just too ridiculously powerfull and they need a character to offset him and that was Peter.

    I just dont get the Hellboy thing, YES mignola draws very pretty pictures, but the writing is mindnumbingly boring.

    Perhaps not a superhero comic, but I just read the last TPB of Y:the last man and cried like a little monkey at the end.
