Blizzard Account Download Problems

Not sure if this belongs here or in G+T but w/e. I made a blizzard account last night so that I could register my blizzard games that I had so that I would be able to digitally download them. (I lost my Brood War disk) However whenever I try and download it, the blizzard down loader will pop up with an error saying that there was a problem authenticating my download and that it is not authorized.

I was on blizzard support earlier and nothing we tried worked, just hoping that maybe some of you guys had any insight into this situation.

    Did you try downloading a different game you already own, like vanilla starcraft just to see if it is related to Brood War or if it's something wrong with your ability to download anything from the store?

    All of my games will not download. I just tried it on a different computer in my house and it worked perfectly for that comp, just doesn't work for mine.

    i had this problem on my mac, i had to keep redownloading the downloader app if i closed the program, try that maybe?

    try turning off any firewalls you may have.
