Couple of weird things

I remember these old commercials so vaguely, but I cant remember what they were for or where I saw them.
Each of them featured a guy who reminded me of the jackass crew. The commercial consisted of this man screwing with people until they either attacked him or ran away. It was usually the former, as I recall.
The one in particular that's in my head was this guy, who couldn't have been more than 5 ' 10" and 160 lbs, picking on this giant guy. I think he was squirting water at him or something like that, and then the giant guy charges at him, fade to black or something.
There was something else but the thought faded. I'll have to edit when I remember.
