i live awfully close to bellvue (like 20 minutes away) and could drive over to the ticket stand right now. if i do, will i be able to get tickets? or do i have to wait until august 25 to get tickets?

You can only buy tickets day of pax at this point. Be sure to pre-register next year and you get a ticket for cheaper and get in early.
