The Four is probably the most terrifying supervillain team ever. Evil sue is the daughter of a nazi scientist and explodes people on a regular basis. Evil mr. fantastic is terrifying.

They're so high above everyone else that only planetary knows enough about them to warrant the four fucking with planetary.
Evil sue has been shown being invisible, but never getting off an attack because there wouldn't be any witnesses. evil ben grimm has been shown killing some lifeforms, and evil human torch has been show flying around and fucking people up and being an evil dude.
evil mr. fantastic has only been shown once, fucking with snow's memory, but in the latest issue they revealed what his power was. Anyone within a certain distance has their mind "colonized" by him. His mind is stretchy in this version, not his body. Well, maybe his body too. But massive mind control, coupled with enough weapons that they annihilated a world so they would have a place to store them, and technology on a ridiculous level. He doesn't need to stretch.
