Eye pain

So yesturday my right eye started to hurt. Whatever, I was on the computer too long or something. I didn't think it was a big deal. I then look in a mirror, and notice that part of the right side of my right eye is bloodshot, and it hurts there and the area around it. It feels dry at that area too, maybe a tiny bit itchy at times, but mostly it just hurts.

I don't think it's conjunctivitus, as my eyes didn't crust up when I went to bed. Should I be worried?

Give it a day or two, no need to freak out right away. If it keeps steady or worsens then yeah I'd get check out just to be safe.

Sounds like run of the mill eye strain to me. If it gets worse, see a doctor.

Sounds like you could have had a particle in there, maybe gotten a little scratch. Yeah, probably nothing to panic about. I'd say try flushing it with water or saline, and if it continues to hurt, say it with me now, get to a doctor.

It hurts more when I wear my glasses while using the computer. I'm nearsighted. So at this point I'm betting eyestrain, but if it gets worse or doesn't go away in a couple days, then I'll go to the doctor. Thanks for the help.
