I don't know if he was going to call him Roy or Red Arrow, it only said "R-"

and then he kept at the Red Arrow

Arsenal is a more appropriate name since Roy is good with more than a bow

He seems to have stopped using other weapons though, at least in the past few months. I don't know if that was deliberate or they just didn't want to write him that way.

The cover for issue #5 popped up in a Newsarama post. Linked only due to spoilers. Better save a copy just in case it's taken down later.

How fast can Bart go? I remember when Wally was on the JLA and the Justice League Elite, and he was simultaneously on a mission for both teams in a pretty cool story. If Bart is even faster (as I've heard), then he shouldn't need to pick one team over the other. He could join the Justice League, Titans, maybe the Outsiders and Global Guardians while he's at it.
    "Ok, so w're fighting Grodd?"
"What? No, Bart. We're fighting Sinestro."
    "Right. Sorry Batman."
    "...I'm Wildcat."
    "Wildcat?"
"What? No. It's Cyborg. What the hell is up with you, Bart?"
"What's up with ME!? What's up with YOU, Vic!"
    "Nightwing."
    "Shit."

See. THAT would keep in line with Bart's character. They've seemed to have completely ignored Bart's ADHD tendencies. Bart not being able to focus on a single mission and instead be doing multiple missions at once would be awesome. But no. This is the "Brand new Bart", who doesn't have a character. The exchange is more likely to go like this

    "Bart. Help us fight Sinestro"
"I can't. I'm too busy crying about some insignificant shite".

    that would be awesome

what issues was wally doing that being on two teams thing?

He was in both JLA and Justice League Elite for the time Elite lasted (not very long), but the story I was thinking of was in JLA Secret Files and Origins for 2004. I don't think he did anything as cool in the separate titles, but Elite was bad enough I only read three issues.

Michael Turner's cover for #7 has popped up on a Newsarama post, so I'm bringing the thread back up from the depths. Thanks to the way spoiler-blockage works now, I'll be posting it here rather then linking to the post.
    JLA-07cover-CMYKcrop_.jpg

Don't quite remember but if #7's part of the JLA/JSA crossover, then perhaps this cover's a sign of the return of time-travel villain Per Degaton.

    JLA

The end of Flash #9 is him holding a picture of the old JLA saying "I'm gonna wait till I'm ready."

Then the solicitation for Amazons Attack #2 says "The JLA and JSA show up!" and Bart is right in the front
