Computer issue (Maybe WoW related): Solved

Apologies if this has been questioned somewhere else.
I have afairly new computer (from dell... please don't kill me) that I've been playing WoW on for about 7 months.
Computer ran like a gem until recently. Now... imagine if you would when you die in WoW that you get a 7 12 second delay before your release Window comes up (with around a 200ms in game latency).
When I go to log out my countdown is usually a 12 seconds before the window pops up.
What dear readers could be causing such crappy lag?

It's odd, its been for about 2 weeks. And my Girlfriend doesn't have the same issue. We are on the same internet connection, I play on a (very) low pop. server and she plays there as well. She never has the issues I have, which is odd, and she runs a significant amount of mods more then I do.
Looking at mem. usage last night I ~think~ it may be titanpanel futz'in me up.
Could be related to that.
Edit: Nm if the GF isn't having the same problems. If it's just latency (things moving, but window isn't popping up quickly) it's probably not a mod issue though.
