Each arm has three different mutation models (and savagery has at least two different colors for each model). The mutation in the picture is one of the monstrosity mutations. The mutation itself should also extend up the arm and across the chest/shoulders some, but it seems to be a bit bugged in that regard at the moment.

My favorite is probably one of the monstrosity mutations though, which turns the arm into a pointed object covered in spines with blue eye like spheres and gills. The flesh for it is grayish and extends up the arm with small protrusions and blue spheres continuing up the arm and onto the back/chest, with one rather noticeably large sphere on the chest.

I thought your mutations were modeled differently per level.
Like, a level 1 mutation usually isn't going to be the same as a level 40 mutation.
I think that was part of their "Players get bigger/more awesome/more terrifying" as they level thing which was scrapped early on.
No, there is a certain amount of randomization per mutation that you get as you level. For instance, when you first get monstrosity, basically all you get is the mace hand that cuts off at the elbow, as I began to level it started to creep up to my shoulder, plus I got other ones like the serrated eye club thing, and the crab claw (fuck all of you hating on the crab claw).
Also the cloak, from what I can tell, is a dryad gripping its own decapitated head. With some ribbons wrapped around it.
Actually I think they have it set up so that there is a random chance of getting different mutations. So yeah, you will get something blunt to beat people with, your being rank 20 gives you a chance at getting the rank 40 modification.
I require screenshots of a 10+ Chosen in purple and silver armor. I'm having a terrible time deciding between Marauder and Chosen as my main. Terrible time.
cloak and helm are undyeable, so i had to go with silver as the main colour.
My level 11 Chosen. Just scored the new chest piece from one of the PQs and the axe a blue one dropped by one of the mobs there. I probably could have found somewhere better to take it but just wanted to log.
Thanks for the shots. :^: I like it but is the yellow looking parts just because of the way the lighting? I hope there isn't armor in with "forced" color parts. I do like the metal dyed silver better than the leather on my Marauder.

yeah, not every part of a armor set is going to be colored, but a good amount of it will be.

Speaking of which, do Warhammer females in plate look like they're ready for a medieval orgy or like they're legitimately interested in armor use
Pretty much their armor is barely different than that of their male counterparts, with the only usual difference being the shape of their breasts being outlined by the armor as far as I recall.
I really hope mythic fixes the options to hide hats and capes. Because once they start getting the longer coats, Witch Hunters just don't look right with a cape and a cloak, mostly due to the clipping issues.
Surprisingly badass shot, did the fix hair clipping through hats?

you can hide hats and capes.
you have to rehide them everytime you zone, but whatever.

I think every mutation has a scale to it, but there's still a percent chance that you'll get the max 'level' mutation at lower levels.

really? During open beta I clicked the "hide" for my Magus' hood and it wouldn't, well, hide.
It was added in one of the last couple patches either today or yesterday, but as Angry said it resets every time you zone.
