Yeah from what I've seen, the majority of the greens and blues from 70 to 80 all have new art, and are actually not eye sores. Would definitely make the leveling experience that much better I'm totally digging the Nordic/viking art for a lot of the armor, very cool looking.
I was very picky on what gear I wore on my warlock...I think I had the ugly green netherweave for a while, but I replaced it with the ever so slightly less ugly oblivion robes as quickly as I could.
And tunics were absolutely verboten.
