Gettings songs off an iTouch

Hey,

Anyone know of any apps that will let me download all the music and videos from my iTouch so I can re-add them all to iTunes? (Some of the albums aren't in my iTunes because i had another install on my old desktop PC which is now dead)

I searched the forum and tried some of the apps suggested for standard ipods but it seems none of them are iTouch/iPhone compatible..

Any ideas?

    I bought a prog called iPodAccess for Windows in the end.

    It does what I need perfectly and was reasonable cost considering how useful it is to me.

    For other people that have the same problem, and have a wireless network, you can use a program called cuteFTP pro. It's a bitch though.
