Lets combine our efforts and help each other through the Withdrawls of not being able to login while at PAX. As 1 we are alone and weak but together we are strong and come overcome this dreaded curse... lol
1. We admitted that we were powerless over our urge to play - that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. We came to believe that a power greater than ourselves, possibly a level 65 NPC in Ironforge, could restore us to sanity.
3. We made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of Blizzard as we understood it.
4. We made a searching and fearless moral inventory of our backpack.
5. /whispered to the NPC, to ourselves and to another player the exact nature of our debuffs.
6. We're entirely ready to have the NPC remove all our debuffs.
7. Humbly asked Him to remove them.
8. Made a list of all the people we had ganked, and became willing to make amends to them all.
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would tempt us to gank them again.
10. Continued to check our backpack periodically and throw away shit we didn't need.
11. Sought through resting in towns and training to improve our conscious contact with Blizzard as we understood them, praying only for knowledge of the next patch, and for the power to wait until release day.
12. Having levelled up as a result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to n00bs and lowbies, and to practice these principles in all of our affairs.

I'll be bringing my laptop to play WoW on, and it strikes me as an awesome idea that if anyone else is bringing stuff that's portable, we could get together in a room some night and play a little cross-realm BG action. If anyone's interested, or has a room available (I won't know mine until tomorrow night), let me know.
I can't believe a thread like this exists. I mean, great for you to admit there is a problem, but why can't you spend 3 days away from it? I hate it when people come to a LAN party and play WOW, its very irritating, as the entire point of the LAN is to play with other gamers IN THE ROOM and socialize.
Very lame thread, shame on you. I'm a WOW player on my first character, and I will have no problem leaving it for 3 days.
