Ok, I been to gardens, Home Depot and everywhere you think that can help me on my tomatoe garden but they all either don't know what these things are or gave me advice that did not work (just made me waste money on their product). So I come to the web for help these shits are ruining my vegetable garden and it sucks because its suppose to offset some food cost which is not helping. I have no idea what these things are because they are very very tiny and produce a lot of web. We dose them with water and they clear up but they come back.

TL;DR BUGS ARE KILLING MY TOMATOES WHAT ARE THEY SO I KNOW WHAT TO DO!

Are they/ is the web they produce fluffy? Like white fluff on the plant? If so, they're mealy bugs, and you can get some spray to kill them off. Just make sure you get mealy bug spray specifically and then spray the plants down REALLY THOROUGHLY, because the mealy bugs will hide in the stalks. Just soak the whole things.

Also, make sure to wash the tomatoes off well before you eat them.

I personally make a little concoction of water, milk, and cayenne pepper. Mix it up, put it in a spray bottle, and coat the hell out of the plants. It works for me, just keep the mist away from your eyes/nose

    Gypsy moths maybe?

Those will web the place all to hell. But I don't know if they go for tomatos.

Edit: you could plant some sacrificial bait plants. The kind that attract lots of bugs, because that will then attract buts that eat those bugs.

This, you MUST spray the entire crop to get them, or else the next generation will be able to come right back.
As to what they are, here are some common tomato pests

I looked those up, and google image to see color image, nothing looks anything to the pink things but then again they really tiny things its hard to see their body structure.

I am going to spray the water and milk with hot spice to see if that works.
