This is a thread about a shitty game that's super shitty. How shitty is it? Well, even it's name is shit!

"Shit Game"

Mark Jones has made this very entertaining,weird and well, kind of fun game.

Pretty fun game, a bit short, but definitely fun.

    I'm going to stick this one in the same folder I stuck that execution game. I get what he's trying to say, but he does it so ham-handedly that I can't give it much serious consideration. "Game developers are uncreative and retread old ground!" My response is that Tropes Are Not Bad. Genres exist because certain collections of gameplay dynamics work well together. The whole platformer structure exists because the idea of navigating a series of obstacles while being pulled by gravity and being attacked by hostile agents is a meaningful human metaphor. We can't reinvent the wheel every time because if you change things just for the sake of change you wind up with something that's no longer useful for moving things.

    It's late and I'm tired. Am I making any sense?

    Ah, so this is another one of these "artistic, 'meaningful' games" that beat you over the head with whatever emo pretense the creator wants to throw at everyone to get their 15 minutes of internet fame?

    Fuck, it's probably because it's supposed to be shitty and all, but the programming for the platforms was amazingly terrible, wherein touching one pushes you up.

    Nah, this isn't so bad. You really want a good example of an amazing authentically bad game, go play the Johnny games. There are twenty-one of them. Yes, there are.

    Alternatively, if you cannot stand their awexomeness, play the two rather more polished Johnny fan games made by the same guy who made the amazing Seiklus exploration game. Heck, play them anyway; they're genius. I mean, Lazar sheep. The toothbrush song!

    God damn that tvtropes site. Every time it gets linked I lose at least an hour. Been 1 1/2 so far. :x

    Some guy made an LP of the game. Yeah, you do not want to play it for the ridiculously bad platform jumping at the end. You go through floors exactly because of that one section, so that you can't make it. '

    This game has nothing on my remake of Desert Bus. This dude polished his game way too much. Games are not about shiny paint-graphics or good gameplay or innovation or hifi midi-music!
