Hey, you know what would be the best spider-man costume ever?

If he wore a hoodie. How rad is that? The Scarlet Spider looked cool when I was 12.

    seriously

if it's the alt-costume ben reilly wore when he actually WAS spidey, I'll live

but if it's that godawful inside-out knicks hoodie with an spider airbrushed on it bullshit I am going to kick someone

He looked like an extra from 21 Jump Street.

You know what Spider-Man costume was cool? The one from that story where Spider-Man watches his future-self get gunned down in a fight with the police. It was just a red and black reversible jacket and mask that could be worn with ordinary pants. Very cool looking, and the functionality aspect of it was pretty interesting to me.

Since Daredevil's listed as a character on the wiki, do to recent events you think Iron Fist could be an alternate costume?

According to Wiki, yes. Deadpool, Spidey, Human Torch and Luke Cage will make a team of smart-ass.

Deadpool was confirmed in a screenshot on IGN that they quickly took down. It's not known if he's Next-Gen exclusive or not, though.

    I wouldn't be surprised.

    GUYS

Retro (like 1980s retro, dig it) Activision games appear in Ultimate Alliance as minigames that your characters have to defeat in order to unlock different parts of Arcade's Murderworld level. In the Breakout room, you come across a HUGE playfield, and you have to maneuver the block at the bottom with your character, dragging it back and forth to deflect the ball and break all the bricks. Once you've cleared them all, a door somewhere will open. We only played the Breakout level, but as evidenced by the stunning graphics below, Pitfall appears as well. These helped break up the monotonous mowing down of henchman, and was sometimes more fun than blasting away at no-gooders like the Mandarin and Shocker.

Do you really need FOUR GUYS to take on the Shocker?

Shit, any of these guys could kick his ass alone.

I can see the conversation now. Spidey, Iron Man, Silver Surfer, and Ghost Rider see Shock.
"So, who wants to do what I do like 9 times a week? Anyone?"
"Now Peter, I have to warn you, I'm back on the wagon."
"I think you mean fallen off..."
"DON'T ARGUE WITH ME YOU SILVER PRICK!*blasts Shocker in a drunken rage*"

    Hey VIPs,

We are very pleased to announce official confirmation of the other next-gen. exclusive in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. VIPs - it's time to welcome MOON KNIGHT!!

At 6'2' and 225 lbs., Moon Knight definitely holds his own weight. Also known as Marc Spector, Moon Knight is a former mercenary that became instilled with the power of Konshu. the Egyptian Moon God, after being rescued by natives that he once helped. With this new power came a quest for redemption and he is now on the side of the crime-fighers, but with powers that wax and wane with the phases of the moon. During a full moon, don't make him mad.

Moon Knight is an exceptionally strong melee fighter in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. His moves in the game include:

Crescent Darts - Launch a spread of crescent darts.
Staff Slam - Leap in the air and slam adamantium staff into the ground, creating a shockwave of damage.
Cable Staff - Launch a cable towards enemies, reaching further when charged.
Boomerang - Throw a crescent boomerang. Hits multiple enemies as you steer it.
Nunchuks - Rapidly swing nunchuks in a forward arc.
Staff Combat - Enables staff melee combat, increasing melee damage.
Full Moon - Enhances senses, showing nearby enemies on a map and increasing ability to dodge.
Lunar Eclipse - Throw crescent darts in a radius, bouncing off walls and lasting several seconds. Xtreme attack.
Special Throw - Tosses the enemy into the air and hits them with a moon ray.

    OUTFITS

Classic - Increases health regeneration to superhuman levels.
    - Increases attack speed on all melee attacks.

Ultimate - Increases Critical Strike chance.
    - Increases damage of Moon Crescent powers.

    Khonshu - Increases melee damage.
    - Increases energy regeneration.

We can't show you an image just yet, but it will be out by the time the game launches. Until then, stay tuned for more VIP updates! Now that we are nearing the home stretch, you'll be seeing a new update almost every other day on the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance VIP site!
