Goldrush was pretty good until Kreutz decided after they were done defending that "gg everyone I'm off to watch wrestling" and went offline before anyone could tell him that the match wasn't over yet.
So RC put up a valiant fight on offense, but 67FC won the day.
The final will be between 67 Fightin' Cocks and the Pioneers of Octagon Pants, Saturday, 1pm Eastern.
They're going to play three maps of their choosing. ANY three maps that are on Job's server that have a goal (no cyberpunk, mariokart, etc.) I've asked job for a list so you can decide before Saturday.
Ah damn, I'm so sorry guys. I woke up groggy at 3:00 in the morning (so uh... 10:00 EST?) and was in no fit shape to do anything. I couldn't even get out of bed and about 10 minutes later I was gone again.

this. it was hard enough to justify monday and tuesday. i couldnt get away with playing all afternoon on saturday. we're trying to buy a house and we have a lot of shit we need to do this weekend.
i also vote no dustbowl/dbheights or goldrush. i know attack/defend maps are the funnest but they take WAY too long. im pretty sure if the all-star team "rest of the world (my ass)" wants to play right afterwards im not going to make it
Well the 5 point maps are set up to be maximum 60 minutes and I think gravelpit, even if both teams take C at the last possible second can only be about 40 minutes, so it won't be longer than that. The first to 4 is just to prevent a few early steamrolls from ending the map early. You guys played FOREVER but the other teams rolled through some of these maps in about 15 minutes.
That said, if you guys really want to reduce the amount of caps to win then fine, god, you're all terrible.

I'm all for CP_Well, Gravel Pit, and because I no longer like granary, I SUGGEST 2FORT!!! Seriously, it shouldn't be bad with highlander rules, you can't exactly turtle with one engineer.
Yes, please no Dustbowl or Goldrush, I have too many bad memories of chokepoints I can't cloak or survive through, although I imagine this wouldn't be a problem in highlander rules, as you can't turtle or demo spam areas.
Edit: I'd also be up for badlands, and I can still play granary if desired.
