I shall try to make an aperance but I got a friend in town right now on leave. But I'd definatly be down for getting in some warhawk time. Oh yeah got my warhawk air to air badge this week. Wooo
Turns out wife wants to go out for dinner tonight with me. I'm guessing that alot of people may be busy tonight but definately let's try to keep Thursday warhawking alive.
Sorry guys, wasn't able to make it last night. If it makes you feel better I'm nursing a bit of a hangover.

With my PS3 back, I say we have some Warhawkery on Wednesday or Thursday so I can get back into the habit of blowing you guys to bits with proxies again.
I would totaly be down for some action played a hell of a lot this last weekend actualy made it to 2nd ltn.
Also if anyone is intrested, the only non rank related trophie I have left to get is the flying fortress one. Not usualy one for farming trophies but I stay the hell away from those deathtraps in ranked games.

I don't care for Trophies, really.
Achievements are another story. Must increase gamerscore.
There's something satisfying about firing a charged lightining shot into a building on destroyed capital seeing alot of mine deaths happen and then a little trophy icon pops up saying Irony.
Don't care for them much myself but this is still probly my favorite online shooter ever. So I figure may try for the platinum.
Nah, they should re-release the game with the expansions built in and/or make the expansions a free download to increase activity (even though I already bought them)
It's pretty safe to assume that they're working on the sequel granted how successful it was.
No idea how many people still play (at work), but after a bit of a muck around a few months ago its still as fun as ever. Too many other games are just getting in the way.
edit: @AggroChan, the re-release of Wipeout HD with the Fury expansion definitely lifted the online presence.

Dylan Jobe and some other Incognito guys left and made Lightbox Interactive, and they are hard at work on the sequel Starhawk. Incognito have pretty much been silent since then. I wouldn't expect more for Warhawk, but you've got Starhawk to look forward to.
Starhawk is a fast-paced multiplayer third-person shooter, vehicle and flight combat game developed by Incognito Entertainment exclusively for the PlayStation 3. It is said to be released in North America on May 29, 2010. The game will feature a single-player campaign as well as an online multi-player mode. It is a sequel to Warhawk, released on the Playstation Network in 2007.
Second verse much like the first, but with a game as rad as Warhawk its hard to complain!

That wiki page is wrong. If you go to the Starhawk page, it's Lightbox making it, who were founded by guys at Incognito.
Hey does anyone still play? Been awhile since I popped the game in.
I still play though it's been about two weeks with the Uncharted and Brutal Legend and all. Very happy to see they've been getting more proactive with dealing with exploiters. Something about getting shot by subterrainian planes that dosn't bode well with me.

:P
Although I'd like to say I'll give Warhawk a fresh burn when I get home in a few days, I downloaded Wipeout HD Fury, one of the Motorstorm PR DLC packs and have Demons Souls on the way soooo... I'm pretty much covered
Man I remember this one time my team was getting bullied in zones. They had zone 5 in island fortress compleatly covered in airmines and were straffing people in hover mode. Pulled out my handy sniper rifle and started popping mines got 2 out of 3 and the third bugged out.
We managed to rally and make a come back to win the round.

come on in guys.
edit: actually i don't have the expansions, will that be a problem?
Edit: taking down the server. if we only have like 3 players, we should join a public game, will be more fun.
