Vista and Hard Drives

For some odd reason Vista decided that my D drive should be read only, and whenever I change it, it reverts to read only right afterwards. I have the permission to do it, but it automatically changes back. What gives?

Oh God, I had this problem. I can't remember how I fixed it though. :P

I'll get back to you once I remember how I fixed it.

I'm guessing that D "drive" is actually just a smaller partition of the main hard drive?

Go into system management and take a screenshot of the drive info.
