I just booted up my computer and had a program called sound.exe try to access the internet. Not knowing what it was nor having seen it before, I clicked no in Zone Alarm and googled it. http://www.greatis.com/appdata/d/s/sound.exe..htm
This is basically what came up. No real information on it, just that it's bad. I see some links at the bottom to download some software to get rid of it, but ironically enough, I don't trust random websites. I have no clue how I could have gotten this to start with. My only though is that my mom downloaded something and it made it's way to my computer when I started it up. That or, it's been dormant or something.
Anyway, just wondering if you guys had any ideas as to how I could get rid of this and possible locate where it came from so I don't go about getting it again.
