I sent out the massive PM to everyone on the list of confirmed or has designs. If you did not get the PM, then send me one, and we'll try to get that taken care of.

I really think we need some sort of uniform way of either displaying our badges or the ones we have collected...

Well, short of wearing uniforms, I don't think we can quite pull that off. Best I can say is try to display as many as you can without them getting in your way

Yeah we just need to display what we can. Some us will be wearing these so that may help, at least I think this is a good way to do it next year, or maybe we could build off of it or something.

So I'm just making an initial post, the actual people have to update with pics, but Kittenfist, Kilgore, and most likely Ryan_Rooker have recieved their buttons. I currently have Kittenfist's which turned out nice, but have yet to see the other buttons. Also Steve no begging, especially since I planned the trip that let you stay at the Tortoise last year.

Im thinking about affixing mine to my badge, right where you connect the lanard or above it. Will the enforcers get pissed if I do that?
Awesome buttons every one!
At last count I have 45 buttons, and 60 zipper pulls (keychain buttons).
I'll be wearing one of these 2 hats so I should be easy to find:
FOW is my Warhawk clan.

I feel like I've passed an arbitrary experience point limit and gained more power.
I just realized I haven't seen any Jonathan Coulton style buttons.
Man, I never got into Jonathan Coulton. It's my opinion that much like Ben Folds, he's trying too hard to be clever. I'm open to being proven wrong and I'm sure I'll still have a good time at the concert. Just sayin, is all.

I can't possibly see why that would piss us off. O.o Keep in mind you will be showing those badges to the greencoats an awful lot, so just make sure its not obstructing the view of your badge.

I guess I can see where someone could think that way, in that his songs are always witty and offbeat. I imagine that he, like many other songwriters, suffers from a lack of broad appeal because he writes to what he knows and thinks. Being a programmer just slogging through your day, dealing with stupid bosses, and with a crush on the cute receptionist. Or the nerd in school who daydreams about the day when technology will make him great. Or even what if Sir Mix-a-lot were a folk singer. It is admittedly niche, but really enjoyable for those who can identify.
EDIT: The songs I referenced are here, here, and here.

Meng, I stayed at the tortoise last year- does that automatically entitle me to one of those buttons?
The twin suns sink beneath the lake,
The shadows lengthen
In Carcosa.
Side note: To find me is simple... You must play Where's Waldo at PAX.

You should've had a bonus button that was just a big, colorful "POW!" or "ZAP!"
Final Fantasy piano solo? Hmm? Whoa, cool!
Excellent idea!
Next year
BORT!!

If we can find a piano, I would be very happy to oblige. Buttons isn't even a question!
