They changed Art of War, so that little issue is no longer around.
However, my decent---->Semi well-geared Ret Paladin still regularly judges SoCom or JoWs in the 2k-3k range. SoCoM judges on Stunned or Repented targets will hit in the 4k-5k range, with 6k-7ks if I have Wings + a bunch of Procs going.
The numbers used to produce damage from Judgements are still a little wonky, and the game is taking too much damage into account on stunned targets. Now, if everyone has plans of running around with 20-22k HP, then there wouldn't be a problem. I think a bit of re-tuning will come down though.
If you wanna' talk nasty, let's talk about the current Death Knight raep.
I've been looking at people's health at level 77 in beta, and it doesn't like it has gone up any. I mean, we don't have the huge stam boost TBC had either though, and a lot of people come with epics.
I'm still level 74 though.
End on
I wish that someway, somehow, that I could save every one of us
I imagine by the late 70's people will still be approaching similar baselines, where they're either wearing some T6/Sunwell level gear here and there, or are all in similar blues and greens. What's the average amount of hp gained per level (100? 200? More? Less?) and are people taking dps/levelling upgrades that are actually lighter on Stamina than some of their older gear?
Also, glad to hear the omgcrits are gone, but as a non-beta'er that doesn't quite devour the patch notes as they're released, I wasn't aware it'd been taken care of. Hooray!

Obliterate is currently destroying everything in existence. Stack a couple diseases, with a craptastic green axe, and my level 69 DK will drop 4k-4.5k Obliterates on even level mobs like it's going out of style.
Not to mention, massive amounts of AoE damage for tanking purposes, thanks to D&D, and spreading diseases to multiple targets.
Let's also not talk about how you can chain a Heart Strike before a Obliterate. AP/PoM Pyro mage with berzerking numbers, in leveling gear. Should see some changes coming down for that. Already seen Blue Posts on the subjects.
Head over to the Paladin tab, and begins with the reeeeding.
Long version here:
Judgement System Re-work:
Paladins now have Judgement of Wisdom/Light/Justice. These are 3 seperate Judgements that you will need to make room for on your action bars. Seals that you use will all be attached to any of these Judgements. Anytime you Seal something, a la Seal of Command, you gain a 2min buff for that Seal. Any of the above-mentioned Judgements will not only Judge what they are SUPPOSED to(Wisdom/Light/Justice), but will also Judge whatever Seal you have active. So, JoW will put Wisom on your target, while doing the damage of your Sealed SoCom.
Seal of Wisdom and Seal of Light now have holy damage attached to them. There is no reason to seal them for anything other than gaining the HP or Mana proc from having the seal up. Anytime you Judge Wisom or Light with Wisdom or Light SEALED, you will do Holy Damage to the target.
Seal of the Crusader removed: +Holy damage baked into all current seals/judges. (Possibly leading to some of the skewed numbers currently seen on Beta.)
Blessing System Re-work:
Salvation, Sacrifice, Protection, and Freedom have all been changed from Blessings to "Hands". This means that using one of those "Hands" will no longer remove a current Paladin buff (Might, Kings, Ect) from the target you apply the "Hand" to.
Blessing of Light removed: +healing baked into FoL and HL.
Blessing of Salvation removed: Is now "Hand of Salvation". No longer a flat threat reduction. Threat reduction/increase baked into all classes. "Hand of Salvation" now reduces target's threat on all targets by 20% over 10seconds.
Talent Tree Re-work:
Not going into much detail. Easier to read up over on MMO-champ, or check out patch notes. Holy Paladins are getting a lot more options to choose from, as well as some PvP mobility. Increased range on Holy Shock + Judgements means we can play a bit better with LoS, and allow us more range of "movement without movement."
Ret is getting a HUGE buff to their Mana regen, as well as mana regen for party-members. Judgements of the Wise is currently skewed, due to the larger numbers being seen. However, even with more toned down numbers, Ret Paladins should see a lot more longevity in PvP and PvE.
With the change to Spellpower and Spell/Melee crit, A well-geared Ret Paladin is going to be running around in 600 or more spellpower, and rocking in the range of 30-35% spell crit. Holy Lights in the 6.5k range for crits is a normal occurance.
General:
Divine Plea = All Paladin specs.
Trainable @ 71. Restores 50% mana for 5 seconds of channeled spell. 5min cooldown, and it is amazing. Combined as a Holy Paladin with Divine Illumination, you should see a very nice boost to the amount of time you can cast heals. Also really nice with the way they are working Beacon of Light and the insta-cast HLs from Holy Shock crits. Paladins will probably be spending a bit more mana, so this is very useful.

From what I understand, Blizzard is pushing Ret Pallies to work even more like dps warriors in that, so long as you are doing damage/taking damage/getting healed you should have mana.
I hadn't heard the changes to blessings, though. That's nice.
Well damn. Now I'm torn. Do I take my paladin to 80 first, or my warlock..
Roll a Death Knight. It's like both!
Wright Power! I wonder if I will get banned or a talk in the game the first time I say that when I roll a death knight
I don't think I get it.
EDIT: Wight Power?
I think so
I worked two jobs at work last night because someone else is special

now I am half awake trying to go to sleep
I think I finally may have convinced the wife to play some WoW with me. We're going to start two new human chars on a PvP server (Kel'Thuzad because I am sick of playing on a near empty Tortheldrin).
Looks like she wants to be a priest, she is kinda adverse to killing random wildlife to collect spleens or ribs and whatnot. I am trying to come up with a character to play with her.
I am thinking either Paladin (leveled one to 60 on PvE waaaay before BC came out) or a Warrior (got one to level 25 once :P) to handle the tanking and have two of the holy trinity of chars (dps is usually easy to find for a group)
Help me out here:
Would Pally work better with a priest?
would he start sucking as we get higher in level on a PvP server?
Are there any synergies between holy priest and paladin?
Would Warrior be better since they seem to hold their own much better in PvP?

So, I'm 99% sure I deleted my Alterac Valley trinket some time ago. Upon realizing I enjoy fearing people into Drek and Galv, and the Horde's severe inability to block people from running right into RH, I would enjoy having the hearth capabilities of the trinket. How do I go about getting a new one - if possible? I flew to the AV portal yesterday in Alterac and all I had was the reputation quests, all of which require I have a trinket to begin with.

Wowhead says you can get it from the person who gave you the quest.
I did this, and after an "orange and blue cat appeared in front of me and waved its tail hypnotically" (GM-speak ) I was told it'd take a day but it could be restored to me. Nifty.
The hillarious thing is how many PVP/PVE server GM's roleplay with those who submit tickets.
I've been on an RP server since release, and rarely if ever do they bother.
I'm beginning to think they do it to fuck with people who often have an aversion to 'RP'.
GMs are not server specific.
I'd be surprised if they can't see what server type the person they're helping is on though. Yup! The GMs are actively doing it all to mess with Forar's mind!

RE: GMs, tickets and restoring things...
In January my account was hacked and, because I wasn't playing and had no intention of playing again (stupid), I didn't care. At the time I had a pretty decent healing set on my priest (PMC set, I think) as well as a riding crop and some other stuff (enchanting rod, etc) that was relatively valuable. As I said before, I didn't care that this stuff was now gone, because I wasn't playing. Anyway, a while later (February or March) I decided to play again. Everything was going fine, until the account was hacked again. This time I was pissed and asked that my account have everything given back to me, which they did. Now, I would like all of the stuff back from the first time my account was hacked. What are my chances of this? I'm guessing my chances are somewhere around 0.
It's any restoration applied to any character on your account.
However, it's not like each item, but each incident. Like this restoration (if they did it, IF) would be your 2nd. IIRC, you get 3 restorations per account. Total.
The time I got hacked (my fault, bad password strength), for example, was one restoration, even though many items were restored to like 3 different characters.
Is that full account restorations, single character restorations or both?
I was told it's both. I wanted my Verigan's Fist restored after I got rid of it. I was told I only get a few restores per account so I should be more careful. Yes, I got rid of the Fist again.
3) Learn to protect your computer dude. AV, spyware, different passwords for WoW, etc.
Yeah. I'm actually really good about this stuff. I don't share my WoW info with any one. I run up-to-date AV software, I don't visit questionable websites, etc. Shortly after I was hacked the second time I re-imaged my computer entirely and am a little more careful. My opinion is that I downloaded KTM (threat meter) which was suggested by my guild at the time and that it might have contained some sort of trojan. I heard somewhere that KTM was somewhat questionable in it's integrity. Who knows.
I've only asked for my stuff back once (the second time it was hacked), but they are aware that the account has been hacked twice (I told them the first time). Recently (a month ago or so) they tried to claim that I hadn't paid my account. It turns out that they had received notice from a credit card company that they weren't going to pay because the credit card account used to pay had disputed. I understood this because the credit card used to pay the first time my account was hacked was not mine. I explained everything and it got worked out, however, they did tell me that if anything else was fishy they would wipe my account and I couldn't have it back (or something like that). Since then I've been trying to lay low.

Because everyone is saying they´re overpowered.
It's a bug, I think. But, yeah, they are so totally OP in beta right now.
Sure.
Except for that whole "solo'ing Raid Bosses" thing.
Edit; well to be fair, supposedly some druid has solo'd Onyxia on live realms, but clearly the massive gaping bugs/40k hits need to go.

Paladins got a very large overhaul. Almost on par with calling them a new class.
