Transhuman, hands down
Those goddamn monkeys. What in the hell
Punisher felt kinda ehhh. Great way to tie up the last 5 years, but I was hoping for a little bit more

All of Secret Invasion #5. Also the ending to Fantastic Four which had
Galactus being used a giant battery for the evil Defenders. I'll wait and see how this story plays out before I start bitching about how the fuck anyone could imprison Galactus, minus what happened in Annihilation #1.

Yes. That was the last issue of the mini, and that was how they settled the issue.

Last issue of the Secret Invasion tie-in. Captain Britain and MI-13 is an ongoing, not a mini.

Uh let's see, ASM treated the ending like it was a twist and not something that you could've called from the beginning
GLC was decent, nice lead in to the new arc
And Angel did a nice job of leaving you with a "holy shit" cliffhanger like it has pretty much every issue except for the First Night stories

I mean, pelting the corps with eyeballs? Sure, I get why it would be demoralising, but I just couldn't stop laughing at the sheer absurdity of it.

I like the new character, and I'm looking forward to seeing (hurr hurr) what role he's going to play from now on, and especially in Blackest Night

I mean there's a nice twist in there, and it's a decent way to end his 5 year run but it's just missing something

Yes. The Emerald Eye of Ekron was a primitive version of what would become the power rings. (we learned this in 52)

However, that's not the eyes they are talking about in this issue.

My MOTW was picking up the first issue of Golly on a whim. It's great!

    Secret Invasion

Overall, the same solid level of semi-mindless fun and explosions, but
doesn't having Reed invent a Skrull reveal-o-ray in the first five minutes he tries basically negate the entire point of the last however many months of plot build up?

If you remember, he actually figured out how to detect skrulls back in the first issue, but Skrull Hank took him out the moment he did.

Guy and Kyle open New Warriors. Kyle goes to train the rookies
Meanwhile some dude is hunting down the families of Lanterns
Back on OA they're in the middle of training when there's a shower of eyeballs, belonging to the dead families
And there's some dude who can talk to the dead, and he's going to help Kyle and Natu track down the killer

The big villain in FF, the Hooded Man, is Doom's mentor I think
He's also the one behind what's going on in 1985, if I remember right
And Old Man Logan is probably an alternate future, "what if the Hooded Man won"
