I was dead set on Black Orc for a long time, but my friend in beta seems pretty insistent that Destro = new Alliance, so I guess we're going Order unless I can convince him of the error of his ways. I know Swordmaster is the BO mirror, but I just can't see playing a poncy elf.
I'm really hesitant to say anything in the really slim chance I get caught breaking the NDA or something along those lines (not purposefully trying to break the NDA, for the record), but I have a crazy bird man and a short guy with a big axe. If I'm still around when the NDA is lifted I could do a write-up on the crazy bird man.

Trying to stick to the Sith rule here for WAR, only my main and a single alt (Black Orc and Zealot respectfully). Also I am a weird aesthetic whore and the WP's huge collar looks currently wins over the DoK look. That and I'm afraid I would like DoKs just as much and will bring back my horrible case of altitis.
He doesn't stand up much, so those "Absorb X amount of damage" potions help but without a coordinated group, I basically suicide and create as much havoc as possible.
I sat in a PQ with my Zealot, mostly just healing my ass off like a maniac. I'd pop up an absorb heal every time the ability was ready, HoTs on anyone in range, and the direct heal was going like a machine gun.
I played the same PQ about a dozen times and came out first every single time. I ended up picking money as my reward for 11 of those, since the reward is identical for the same colour bags.
Possible slight NDA breakage (probably not though):
I just want to hear from some high ranked Chosens, I'm currently fighting along side a BO one rank higher than me in RvR and he seems to be able to take alot more damage as well as put out more damage than me... just wondering if this is my imagination or do Chosens come into their own later on? I'm only rank 10

Yeesh, open beta invites all around, beta weekends, etc. Talk about discouraging that I've not heard a peep out of Mythic even with a CE pre-order entered in their system since March. Bastiches.

I hadn't. I have now. I swear that I had no idea :P I never got an email about the main site, and I guess I missed that here. Have the client downloading, and I noticed that on the main account page that I'm registered for the CE Open Beta. So yeah. Does that mean the open beta that starts on 9/7? Or the one that started last week?

My answer to that question;
It may be that he got his 10/6 gear. I.E. at rank 10, reputation 6, he went and got his tier2 gear. I did it with my white lion and the difference was amazing. You can get it at any keep you side owns.
So I've never really had any experience with the Warhammer universe before but the more I read the more I want to know. I'm especially interested in the Chaos gods. Does anyone know of any good resources to learn about all things Chaos? (books or otherwise).

Just keep manually rechecking - I got in a couple of hours ago when I should apparently have been waiting till the 20th - only took me about 10 mins of clicking once or twice a min.

Yeah, same here. It initially said to check again in 50min, so I Check'd Now and it errored out on me. But I Refreshed my Reservation from the other page about a dozen times and it eventually started the download. Took like 9 hours, but it should be finished now.

Very true, while doing a PQ with mine I came up with a great reason to play that class.
