Trying to find a 2007 dance song. Please, I need to sleep.

OK, so I'm trying to find this song that is driving me nuts. I don't know any of the lyircs, because I'm not good at hearing lyrics in music. Also, it *may* have been in a foreign language. It's a fairly popular dance song from 2007. The vocals were female. Several females, singing in unison. At the end of every line they had a strong upward inflexion in their voice. Kinda like asking a question, but a bit over the top... they sounded like... floozies 
I really don't know how else to describe it. Bimboesque. It's a bit irritating, but catchy, and for some reason, I feel a need to track it down. And, sadly, that's all I know.
