The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I tried using it "as is", putting the address of the phpproxy.php file and port 80 in my Firefox settings for http...but it doesn't work.
I checked out the README file - but it's not 100% clear on which files need to be uploaded / modified / what settings to put in which file (there seem to be multiple settings for proxy host & proxy port), etc.
Can anyone give me a step-by-step Dummie's Guide to phpproxy?
Thanks

Just use the web interface. Go to <yourhost>/phproxy (or wherever you put it).
