I did notice that Kagera had voted for Rainfall while accusing her of being a communist. I found this action humourous yet sad, for two reasons. I see that the first reason is one that you've already pointed out. The second is that I've noticed that Rainfall has been dying rather early in the Phallas recently, and that is no fun.
Besides, were she to die, how would I attain her opinion on a vital issue which has been plaguing my every waking thought? How many times a week should I condition my hair to keep it silky smooth? I currently only do it once a week due to the time involved, but should I do it more?

You should be conditioning your hair at least two-three times a week. Definitely not once a day, but you need to do it more than once a week. Also, talk to a hairstylist to figure out what conditioner will be best for your hair. Trust me, they know what is good.
P.S. make sure your conditioner doesn't use silicone. It makes your hair smooth, because it coats it with silicone and that is gross and kills your hair eventually.
