Dish Network and SD programming

I want to be able to watch my HD channels in HD res (obviously), but also want to be able to watch my SD channels in 480i/p so I can use my TVs partial stretch capabilities. My ViP612 can stretch/zoom/partial zoom my SD channels individually, but with my old cable box (SA 8300HD), I could set that only SD show in 480p and therefore use the scaling on my television instead of the box. Right now I'm stuck with Dish's zoom features and must do this for every channel. Any ideas?
