No, it's a permanent pet. Awarded for hitting Champion in the Tournament. Lets you select a banner for a city you're champion of for the squire to wear, as well.
And it makes an awesome trumpet sound when you summon him.

What tournament? And is that a limited event? ie. if I resub in a month or two, will I still be able to get a squire?

It's a permanent event. The Argent Tournament.. basically a brand new set of dailies for reputation grinding, tied with the story to kill Arthas.

The Frenzyheart quests are some of the funniest ones I've come across in a long time.

Also, the server I play alliance on drives me nuts. Catapults not the best way to take down a fort. It might look kind of pretty, but jesus people, wake up.

That Wintergrasp screenshot is really nice. It's a little what I imagined WoW would be like when I first started playing.
Oh how wrong I was.
edit: I mean yeah, it's like that now, several years later, once every couple of hours, but back then? Nah.

They're actually fairly decent. The AoE poison will kill enemy players pretty fast when you have the effect from 5-6 catapults stacked up like that.
But when your roadblock is the doors and walls, catapults are super slow.
I've been hitting print screen a lot lately.. I got my gaming pc fixed earlier this week, and after having to play on all minimum settings for 2 months, being able to crank everything to max is all "WOA SO AWESOME, MUST SAVE MOMENT."

I don't know why the artists changed the Slaneesh guards. They used to be those pink skinned looking chosen with the off breast plates and brass knuckles but they were changed to Tzeentchy chosen in 1.2...

I like to think of it as humiliating them. Could be worse...the Nurgs are all living in a ghetto.
Not sure if anyone else has seen this, but I saw a Greater Daemon of Tzeentch just chilling outside of the entrance to the Apex in the IC the other day. It lloked exactly like the daemon that gets summoned at the end of the intro movie. Wish I got a screencapture, that thing was huge.
Warhammer Fantasy is a separate universe from Warhammer 40k, right?
This uncertainty has led to confusion with Slaanesh.
Yes but the warp might be the same. Or linked. Or one exists within the other.
For a little while, in WFB 3rd, the Warhammer world was placed in the Eye of Terror. They then realized that was stupid, and made them vaguely parallel, if you believe crazy fuckers with visions.

Then I realized it wasn't wow.

Ah, thanks.
Same people making mods, same concept art; not too surprising.
I really like the WAR death window. Well... I like how it looks, at least.
Also, I find it very disturbing that they are coming out with sentient non-combat pets for WoW. Drake mounts were bad enough.
Not that this is really the place for it, but is IR still being camped by those damn stunty-fondlers?
All I can make out are floppy boobs and a beard. I think.
augh
So in other words, a herm.
That was the best 'glitch' ever.. mostly because it was completely intentional, but Blizzard decided to fix it when people noticed.
I would recomend you drink the bleach next time instead of using it on your hair
...You know he's got bitches in other area codes, right?

I love graphic mishaps. I am now a Dark Elf.
I guess it's the corpse of some boss?
I know Slaanesh is out of power in the City, but they have to bum shields off Tzeentch too!?
Da boyz is all 'bout da fung shay.
And now for some bad jokes.
