Could be ArkInventory, but you might have used EngBags/EngInventory. ArkInventory was only created a little over two years ago to replace that atrocity that was EngBags. (Not that ArkInventory doesn't have its own issues, but EngBags was terrible, especially when it came to the code base.)
End on
I wish that someway, somehow, that I could save every one of us
t blindside: lotro's screenshot thing saves as lossy jpeg. I decided on downloading fraps and using that to take screenshots and save them as .bmp so I can save them properly later.
If it does, just hit that, then paste it into your image program. Completely lossless!
If print screen is what the game uses to save a screenshot, try unbinding the command and see if that lets you use the windows print screen functionality.

Doesn't work. Trust me, I tried.
Did you try contacting Turbine about wanting to take your screenshots at a higher quality?
WoW saves as jpegs too, but it's at a pretty high quality so I've never heard anyone complaining about it. Pretty sure they originally saved as tga, but changed it at some point.
Source games save as tga by default too, which is completely lossless, and also gives larger than necessary files.
Would be really nice if Windows had a key combo to save an image to a file on the desktop. OSX lets you use some finger gymnastics to get a nice png of whatever's on the screen.. seems to cause less problems than the print screen method.
its pretty strange that Turbine does screenshots like that, you'd think they would want to show off their pretty graphics.
Warhammer does the same, at least they offer a 'super screenshot' thingimajjig :P Anyway, Fraps is a nice tool to have on your PC anyway, so it's not that annoying for me.
The upside is, jaggies generally only cause problems in still shots. For most people, turning AA on results in a perceptible framerate drop for no significant benefit. You really gotta crank up the AA to melt the jaggies out entirely, and by that point you run the risk of losing detail in all the smudging.
Looks like your game was filmed in sincerity vision, like they did in old movies when they had closeups on a star actress, tears welling up in the corner of her eyes.
There's no png, but eh, tga should suit any needs.
Just be aware that if you set it to quality 10, it might take a REALLY LONG TIME to take a screenshot, depending on your CPU. It took my computer 20-25 seconds per screenshot. However my computer is admittedly horrible, so your mileage may vary. There's only a minute improvement in quality between 3 and 10 anyway, though, so just use 1, 2, and 3. Default is jpg format, quality 3.
I see what you mean with the screenshot quality. I took this one during the burg quest where you kill mushroom thieves (its a "night time" instance so there is excessive bloom), looked much better in game.
WAR seems to have a better overall atmosphere than lotro, and I like the architecture more. Lotro is just generic. Absolutely gorgeous and amazing generic, but still generic.

I don't know how I handled it when all the ridiculous amount of quest junk was mixed in with my normal stuff.
They realllly need to add a quest bag.
Eyes forever focused, on the sanguine, metal dawn.
It's a hotel called Hotel Octopus and it looks like an octopus, clever isn't it?
yea, it's gay as fuck, so you can go fuck yourself :P

...just fucking retarded on Turbine's side.
why, in my day we didn't know what antialiasing was, and when someone hacked a driver to enable it, it'd melt our GeForce256s.
I'm holding out for a 3000 DPI monitor.
AA is beautiful. Also orphans are tasty.
The wolf still looks a bit jaggey because of crappy compression.
It actually looks a lot better. I wish you could make it take a screen shot in .png because jpg looks blech.
/console screenshotFormat [tga | jpg | jpeg]
/console screenshotQuality [1-10]

And yes, the goblin is holding a broom with which to shoo off unwanted guests.
I love this damn place.
