There've been more than a few posts by people who are excited about how near PAX is.
PAX is awesome, and PAX is indeed near, so this is completely appropriate. But it might start derailing threads. So here's a thought. Why don't we make a loving home for those exclamations of glee and anticipation? Post your joy. Make (forum appropriate) animated gifs. Use large fonts, capitalization, and silly colors or any other means you can think of to express yourself.
In short, scream your guts out about PAX.
Post about the coolest thing you expect to see at PAX. Post every midnight about how it's a day closer to PAX, irregardless of what timezone you're in. Overuse the word epic. Lime, lemon, and orange with reckless abandon. High five each other like crazy. Imitate your favorite highly excitable NeoGAFer. Be as excited about PAX as you want to be. Then you can go back to the other threads, smugly nonchalant, with the knowledge that the world knows exactly how hyped you are to be going to PAX.
