The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I just got an MP3 player over the weekend, and one of the things I want to use it for is speaking / listening practice when I buckle down and work on learning, or re-learning, a foreign language.
I'll either be re-learning Russian or French, or possibly learning Spanish from scratch.
So, what I'm looking for is somewhere I can download exercises to listen to / practice with when I'm working out, sitting on the porch, taking a walk, etc. I've found a couple of places, but it's hard to separate the useful from the trash. I'm looking for both comprehension (so basic news-type podcasts might work) and speaking (would probably require structured exercises), but they don't have to come from the same place.
Hear my warnings, unbelievers. We have raised altars in this land so that we may sacrifice you to our gods. There is no hope in opposing the inevitable. Put down your arms, unbelievers, and bow before the forces of Chaos!
