    because the thought never occurred to them that it might be an issue

    there is some last minute stuff that requires me to be there before we can turn in a bid, stuff I can't do via phone/internet

    my plan at the moment is to leave eastern CT sometime on the 12th, depending on work, brownie production and possible hangovers

    chocolate, rollercoasters and friends on Saturday followed by a long drive home Sunday

    also, my AIM is now in my profile, though my chatting abilities may be spotty this week due to work

    My plan is to work both Saturday and Sunday and cry silent tears about missing the awesome time.

    Sort of like PAX, only more cause this is much closer and more familiar.

    I should be able to pay off half my CC balance by tomorrow, and since it's a new card I get 0 APR for six months, so I might decide not to worry about it.

    Alright, so I'm going to say I'm most likely sort of positive I'm coming to this. Fuck planes though. I've had enough of that shit. I'll rent at car and drive down Friday.

    I will be willing to provide rides as necessary should I end up going which I should know for sure once I get my shift schedule for next week.
