NES self cleaning guide with pics?

I remember seeing one linked to from here once. A good thorough guide with accompanying photos of how to clean the contacts on an NES so that you don't have to do so much blowing/wiggling the cart.

Anyone got that link handy?

You can always give the cart some tongue. Works like a charms, might not be good for the cart, but I'm a lazy man.

I followed this guide to fix mine; thing is, I didn't have a screwdriver small enough so I used a sewing needle with the first couple millimeters of the tip bent at a 90-degree angle as a hook to pull each contact back into place. Still goin' strong six years later.
