I recently moved my desktop computer from CA to NY. It's been around 2 weeks since I've touched it. Now that I'm settled in at my new apt, I tried to turn on my computer... and it stays alive for around 15 seconds before shutting itself off. Doesn't matter when I try to boot normally, boot in safe mode, or if I go into the BIOS and just stare at the menus-- after X amount of time goes by, it turns off.

What could be going on here?

Looks like the CPU heat sink got jostled. Let me try to fix this (it's a pretty involved process, as it's a SFF that just barely manages to fit all the stuff inside)

Yeah, overheating. Once the heat sink was firmly put in, it works fine. lock lock
