There are a variety of generalized differences, but realize that often men have very "female" faces and vice versa. The younger they are, the more true this is.
Here are some examples to look for though:
1) Women have softer features, in general. Any facial lines look more "male" than "female" for this reason.
2) Women have weaker jaws (weaker in the descriptive sense, not power sense). This means the back of their jaw terminates higher (i.e. more vertical distance between the chin and the back of the jaw). It also means the jaw is narrower, tapering more towards the chin than a man's.
3) Women tend to have slimmer, gentler noses.
4. Women's eyes have more eyelashes visible, which translates visually into a sense of larger eyes (though the eyes aren't actually different) or more sharply cornered eyes (because of a greater perceived difference between the narrowness at the corners and the max width of the eye).
5) Women's lips are gentler, i.e. fewer sharp corners. They tend to be either slimmer or more round, compared to the more square male lips.
6) Women's chins are softer and smaller, and almost never have a cleft.
7) The naso-labial ridge (I think that's the name: the groove between nose and uper lip) is more pronounced on a man.
8) Women's hairlines are usually closer to the eyes (due to skull shape, and a lack of receding hairlines).
9) Because they have no Adam's apple, women's necks are slimmer and more slender. They will almost always be more narrow than the skull at the jawline (whereas most healthy men have necks only slightly more narrow than their head)
10) Women typically have higher, more prominent cheekbones.
