Flipping Monitor View upside down?

So the IT guy at my work came by my desk while I was away and he made everything on my monitor upside down. He fixed it after a moment, and it was pretty funny, but he refused to show me how he did it. He didn't go into any settings, he just hit a few keys at the same time, like ctrl-alt-del, but not those specifically. If I had to guess it was ctrl-alt something....

I know that someone here has to know how to do this.

I am running on XP if it makes any difference. And if it does make a difference, how would you do it on Vista?

    Try ctrl + alt + the arrow keys.
