Anyone get a chance to try this game out? It was sick! Probably one of my favorite games of the show! I was just checking it out on IGN and the review was just launched. They gave it a 8.6. I thought it deserved maybe a little higher, but I only played the demo, so what do I know.

Not that the games are bad. They sound fun. But really, you could probably hide it a little better.
And if you're not a shill, wow, you must be super excited for this game.
I don't know if I have it in me to start a new OP so I'm sorta adopting this thread for now. Has anyone had the chance to pick this game up yet? I'm about 30 minutes in, and I'm really liking it so far.
I got it and powered through it. I used to play those WC3 Tower Wars games non-stop, so I enjoyed it. There are a few problems:
-The "protect your castle" mini-games are pretty bland.
-The poison traps are pretty overpowered for a lot of levels. (Especially against knights, since they can't destroy traps or heal.)
-It would be nice if it told you what sort of enemies to expect on the next level.
-You can't heal/repair protect objectives.
-Doing 5 days of the same stage gets repetitive.
-Actually, the whole game is extremely repetitive.
Shit, I guess that kind of makes it seem like I didn't like the game. I beat it in about a week, and had a lot of fun with it. If you like Tower Defense type games, you'll definitely like this.
So apparently I suck ass at making new items. I can't make this goo launcher at all. I have all the pieces setup except the top, but it doesn't work any other way.
I love this game for those 3 to 4 minutes of time I have to kill at certain times of the day. Just enough time to either prepare a defense or survive a day.
Spacing it out prevents doing the same location 5 times in a row from getting old. I wish there was a way to skip the story and go strait to the defending. The premise services the game just fine, but the characters and dialog get in the way.
Overall though it is a really fun game if you are a fan of tower defense.
This is the first game in a while that caught my eye when I was browsing games at Best Buy a few weeks ago. I didn't buy it, but I did look it up and was surprised to find that it's apparently pretty good.
[strike]I guess I missed the demo download on Wii, though. [/strike]
Looks like the demo is still there until Monday!

Yeah I've kinda noticed that so far. But the action is really good.

Or WAS.
I dunno, I thought it was pretty nifty and a neat turn from the Drawn to Life guys (a game which I THOROUGHLY enjoyed, even if it was for kids).

I never asked for this!
At least there was in Europe a week or so ago. Might still be there.
