So recently I stumbled onto this web page while looking around for eating places. Unexpectedly I find myself very much enjoying the on site music.

edit: or you could contact the resturaunt and ask a manager. They could at least tell you who made the website, then you could ask them. They have contact info on that page.
The second song sounds kind of electronica. These songs may have been created using a music program.
