Until I realized the Thundercats never actually said that
The phrase is "Thunderbirds are go", because it was the catchphrase of the Thunderbirds.
Which is such an old show even I barely remember it and it was a pretty obscure show, so really there is zero chance of someone the age of the characters in the film knowing about it.
You know what else was pretty great? Ang Lee's Hulk.
You shut the Hell up.
Unless this is sarcasm, then carry on.
I also like Ang Lee's Hulk, though I'm not really sure why
I guess Sam Elliot certainly helps, and the few scenes where Hulk gets to smash shit are good
I liked it at the time, but there wasn't much about it that was really memorable. There weren't any parts in the film where I really liked Eric Bana's portrayal of Bruce, and didn't really care for anyone else except Sam Elliot as General Ross.
The action was good in some places (Smashing tanks and biting a missle) and really bad elsewhere (Hulk Poodle).
Kung Pow is just one of those films like Evil Dead or Rocky Horror Picture Show that either you enjoy with a frenzied passion or you decide it is the stupidest piece of celluloid.
except for Liv Tyler, who apparently cannot speak above a whisper in that film
also Tim Blake Nelson, c'mon
I'm not saying I didn't enjoy that movie, because I did
But it was basically Hulk: Ultimate Destruction with a slightly more nonsensical plot and without Ron Perlman playing the bad guy
I thought the newer film was fantastic.
They played in some nice homages to the old TV show, and they didn't waste any time with boring lead-in. The first film was okay, but Eric Bana was just fucking boring.
I pretty much decided I was probably going to really like the new Hulk film entirely becasue Norton was playing the lead role.
Goatmon on

Eh Juno was better than most of your typical Hollywood movies that are churned out each month. I found some of the dialogue pretty reasonable, but yes, it was stretched a bit in places.

also my mother still maintains that juno has bad values because it glorifies teen pregnancy
OH MAN YOU HAD ME THERE FOR A MINUTE
I cannot stand Liv Tyler
I don't understand what the deal is with her
Doc Holiday was rad. The rest was meh.
Haha, I was trying to tell my parents to see it and that was why my mom didn't want to.
I said "It's a pretty funny movie!" and she shot back with "SO YOU THINK TEEN PREGNANCY IS FUNNY?!?"
But she did see it eventually and enjoyed it.
THAT'S A LOT OF NUTS!

You know what was unexpected?
Seeing him in Road House
Just out of nowhere, BOOM, it's Sam Elliot
And the movie gets about ten times better because of it

Still puts a smile on my face.

Everyone loves Doc Holiday

My friends hated the film and hated me for making them watch it, but this line still makes them smile.

I guess when compared to the intense flavour of Doc Holiday, everything else was just a little bland.
My nipples look like milk duds!
I've chosen the large combo!
He and Ian McKellan were the only reason I have good memories of seeing The Golden Compass.
I've got some yellow liquid for your popcorn!
And it's non-dairy! :winky:
not daniel craig?
come on the scene where he fought those guys off in the snow with the butt of his gun was badass
No, don't! I have a wound there!
