It'll probably be the story as-is, on paper, plus a slew of "bonus content", whatever that winds up being. Maybe extra illustrations, maps, annotations, legends, bogus GameFAQ pages... could be anything really.
have I ever mentioned that you're my current day messiah

I just went back and read the wizardology thread, and I've got to say that you are a fucking god.

Woohoo, just finished my final read through; awesome work Andrew, and congrats on finishing! (Must be somewhat of a relief)
About 1600 pages in I got tired of watching the animations load and wrote a Greasemonkey script to preload the next page (kicking myself that I didn't think of it sooner)
If you have the Greasemonkey plugin installed, just click the link and it will install the script. Then when you go to any page of the comic you'll get a little box in the top left corner telling you whether the next page is loaded. When you go to the next page the image should be loaded straight away because your browser cached it.

So I am Necroing this thread again because Andrew has today published the first three pages of his new MS Paint Adventure HOMESTUCK
they're all flash and fancy and animated with sound effects. I'm very excited about it.
ALSO
I don't know if you guys have seen them, but there are a series of tribute videos to Problem Sleuth which are essentially every single frame in the story set to epic film score music.
They are very well done, and a great way to relive the entire Problem Sleuth story in about 15 minutes.
