All of it man. Seriously when I first started, every single muscle in my body was sore, from head to toe. Even my feet muscles were sore. Stabilizing yourself in those positions really work a lot of muscles that often don't get worked. For obliques specifically, I would say headstands, revolving triangle and any number of other twisting and balancing poses
