Woah, I didn't know there was a new DS adventure game coming so soon! I loved Trace Memory and Hotel Dusk, I'm definitely picking this one up.

I loved Brothers in Arms 1, but, I hate to admit it, I too have reached that point where I'm done with WWII games. I don't care how high of reviews this and the new Call of Duty get, I just can't do it again.

Good concept, meh execution. Looking at that cover (D:), I'm not terribly optimistic that they've even retained the "good concept" part for the Wii version. (Counting art direction as a part of the concept, that is.)

Why are people talking as if Kirby Super Star Ultra is just Kirby Super Star, and that they want it on the Virtual Console?

Ultra is .. a reimagining of the original, sure, but it also has a bunch of new stuff, supposedly.

Also, the snes original had a variety of multiplayer modes in its games. I don't think single card multiboot NDS multiplayer is out of the question; in fact, I expect it.

I was wondering that too. I'm going to assume that it's probably just Onimusha 1 and 2. And maybe 3. Because it's only $30, and Dawn of Dreams is $20 by itself, and the first three games are like $15 or less.

I can't find any info on this compilation pack. But I'd bet Onimusha 1 and 2 with a small chance of 3, but no chance of 4 (dawn of dreams) being included.

I already got Disgaea and Rhapsody on pre-order from Rosenqueen. Yay bonuses.

Time Hollow on the DS...that's from the same makers of Shadow of Destiny on the PS2. o_O

No Lego Batman love for X360? I'm disappointed.

I might end up picking it up for DS, though.

Oops, I'm sorry, no, Lego Batman IS coming out for everything, including the 360. Ships 9/23. I got tangled up doing the OP and somehow accidentally deleted the 360 entry for Lego Batman. It's definitely coming out this week for 360.

But Disgaea? And Rhapsody? Oh man. Come on.

Know anything about Rhapsody? it could be a sleeper hit.

Jesus Christ. I may only manage to get Megaman 9, Lego Batman, and Warioland this week, so I'll have to wait on Disgaea, De Blob, Samba de Amigo, and Kirby.

    This week is crazy.

No, I mean I want to get it. I'm saying come on because they're throwing so many good games at me at once.

If I had a DS, you would have just sold me on a game I'd never heard of.

Oh, okay. I just wanted to clarify because I don't want someone to accidentally be disappointed about a game they thought wasn't coming out for a system when it actually is because of an accidental typo on my part :P

    Hold on.

I'm showing the dev for Time Hollow as Tenky, and the dev for Shadow of Destiny on PS2 as KCE (konami computer entertainment) Tokyo.

Unless it's the same guys but a different team name.

Anyway, Time Hollow's story was written by the same guy who wrote the story for Suikoden IV, just fyi

Megaman 9 doesn't come out on the Live Arcade until next week, I'm afraid.

    Oh shit, you're right.

Well I guess everyone wanting the 360 vsn will have to just go and buy Duke Nukem 3D then. And then also next week buy Mega Man 9!

Time Hollow looks interesting, but Rhapsody will be mine.

    D:

And Rhapsody was originally a strategy RPG for the PS1 published by Atlus, and was technically the first NIS game released in the US.

It's now pretty sought after, and had some hilarious/awesomely dubbed songs.

The remake has all new art, but on the downside, no dubbed songs, and it's no longer an SRPG; it's a traditional RPG now.

The story having been written by the Suikoden IV guy, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

I like the new spoilerific layout this week. That is, if it's new. I don't remember it from last week. :)

Will probably get Kirby SSU. SSS was one of my favorite SNES games.

Kirby DS, Disgaea DS, Rhapsody DS, and Wario Land: Shake It; why must you taunt me so?

I will be getting kirby DS this week, because I have a coupon for it.

Beyond that, I'll be picking up Stalker and Crysis from last week, as they're both on sale this week.

Very bad, considering SIV is the absolute worst in the series. Story included.

Anyone know what's in the Onimusha Essentials collection? If it has Dawn of Dreams, it's sold (loved that game, but I had to sell it - long story).

Wow, I'm impressed. But I definitely didn't expect Dawn of Dreams to be included :P

Still, $30 for the trilogy is not bad at all. Especially for Demon Siege, which is a fantastic PS2 game.
