apparently image memes are hilarious but infraction worthy.

but mostly munkus is a giant dick. check the four month, 2 point infraction he gave me. its like a warning at best. so much hate :x

but I have my own jail cell thats kept for me. so its pretty cozy

Even though my degree is Marine Eng, the work I do is both Mech and Aero related since they're all so similar. Let me know when you're starting a job search, I may be able to help.

I am doing science right now.
I studied chemistry and math as an undergrad, went into pchem and lasers as a graduate student and gave up and went into analytical chem because it was the first job I could get.
Hint to anybody studying to be a science person- even though you may think a job is science related, don't fucking apply to the job if it does not require a degree. You will be forced to work under rules made for the lowest common denominator, like a former grocery market cashier with no science background.

I try to work a 9/80 (every other friday off) but we've been too busy lately, and it definitely isn't boring. It is New England, so if that is a definite no let me know.

Spono, I'll ask and see what's happening around here - probably nothing much until after 1 Oct (new fiscal year).

    exactly

It's fine when I have something to do

    But the downtime just kills

Still, if at best it's "fine", then it is time to leave

New England sounds good to me

The only part of the country I've seen that I wouldn't want to live is iowa

Goddamn that is a depressing state

    I didn't even see a grocery store there, just super-targets and mega-walmarts

    downtime is my work kryptonite
if i'm noticing the time, i'm having a rotten day

if i'm so busy i feel like i might explode from stress, life is perfect, cause at 5:30 i am perfectly capable of walking out the door and forgetting everything till the next day
it's some sort of gift, no matter how busy i get at work it never stresses me out during the times i'm not in the building.
