I've been using iCal but I have a feeling that's for Macs only.
Indeed it is, and I was going to make the same suggestion, but remembered that "Rainlender" was a PC product... then remembered again that it's actually a multi-platform app capable of running on a Mac, so it goes back into the selection list If you have a Mac, there's no reason not to use iCal. (Unless you want the web-based calendar functionality)

I don't believe it - I'm on my THIRD PS3, and my FIRST XBOX360. What the heck?
If you have a Mac and have MS Office I used Entourage before using iCal and really liked it as well. iCal is more idiot proof for me as it auto syncs to my iPod.

you can sync iCal with gCal like this or a program like SpanningSync if you want the benefits of iCal and web based
