    So I've been watching the shit out of this, I am almost halfway through season 2 on Netflix instant queue

    It is absolutely fantastic

    I also hate lila and hope she burns in a fire despite her incredible hotness

    Yeah, I just rewatched Season 2; I fast forwarded a lot of her scenes. She is terrible.

    What I am really enjoying is the unexpected level of sophistication this show displays

    I just watched the episode where
    doakes finds dexter's tropies in the AC and is seen walking towards a helicopter

    But it's not stuff like that I find so fascinating, it's the way the writers develop and work with dexters supposed hollowness and his relationship with Harry

    Sorta disturbing though, I reckon

    They'll be chatting with the FBI about this 'Kyle Butler' guy who showed up when shit went down last season

    Season 5 starts in September, and doesn't come out on DVD until next August. Not this August.

    So the only ways to watch Season 5 are to watch the new episodes on Showtime, catch the reruns either syndicated (and usually censored) or also on Showtime, wait until next August for the DVDs, or be a scummy lawbreaker.
